The Realty Advisory - Corporate Overview
The Realty Advisory is owned and operated by John T. Shields. John began his career in real estate in 1982 as residential broker in Centerville, MA. After four successful years, he formed Shields, Chasson & Assocs. and created one of the premiere Mid-Cape brokerages. It was during this five year period, that John's interest in commercial develpoment and brokerage began.
The 1990's saw the merger of this staff into Realty Executives in Hyannis and fostered John's growing reputation as one of the most successful commercial real estate brokers in Southeastern, MA. This reputation was, and is further supported by a client list which includes some of the most significant corporate and developer clients nationally and regionally. In order to fulfill the vision of creating the preeminent commercial real estate services firm, TRA relocated to its current headquarters in 2011.
